CONTENT RELEASE & CONSENT FORM

I hereby grant to Indigo De Souza, her representatives, affiliates, licensees, and assigns (collectively, “Producer”), the unrestricted right to record, film, photograph, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance (collectively, “Content”).

I understand and agree that:

1. Use of Content
   The Producer has the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, display, and publicly perform the Content, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, promotional materials, advertising, marketing campaigns, and documentary or film projects.

2. No Compensation
   I acknowledge that I will not receive any payment, compensation, or royalties for the use of the Content.

3. Waiver of Approval Rights
   I waive any right to inspect or approve the final Content or any materials in which it may be used.

4. Release of Liability
   I release and discharge the Producer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights.

5. Voluntary Participation
   I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I am at least 18 years of age, or I have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
